Therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm who want to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves.
I was called to purpose-driven work in the mental health field, with a professional foundation rooted in social work and nonprofit settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging and vulnerable seasons. As a culturally competent therapist from Puerto Rico, I deeply value identity, community, and the experience of navigating different environments and expectations while trying to remain grounded in who you are.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a wife, a mother to twin girls, a business owner, and an employee. As the youngest of three with a close relationship with my mom and sister, I understand the unique complexities many women face while balancing multiple roles, expectations, relationships, and responsibilities, often while struggling to make space for themselves in the process. Growing up in a military family also gave me a deep appreciation for the impact of transitions, structure, stability, and the importance of feeling connected and supported during seasons of change.
I know how easy it can be to constantly show up for others while quietly feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected internally. I believe healing happens when people no longer feel like they have to carry those struggles alone. My Christian faith and church community continue to ground me personally and shape the way I approach this work, with compassion, grace, authenticity, and intention.
Clinically, I work with children, teens, and women navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is attachment-focused and integrates evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed skills, Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Christian Counseling when requested. I often support individuals who appear to be functioning well on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched thin. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood, emotionally supported, and gently guided toward greater confidence, clarity, connection, and overall emotional well-being.
To create a world where every individual has access to high-quality mental health care and the tools necessary to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Clients choose to work with me because I offer a balance of warmth and structure. I’m not just here to listen, but to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and realistic. I create a space that feels safe, yet purposeful, where you can be honest, explore what’s been weighing on you, and begin to see things more clearly. My approach is thoughtful and intentional, allowing us to go at your pace while still working toward lasting change.
